BSA ladies' netball team proudly showed off their new kit to sponsors Mark & Julie Jeminson of Marju Construction, Charlie Corner of Malton Laser, and Kate Keyworth of the Derwent Buyers Group. The A & B teams who are based at Swinton Sports Hall and play in the York league are extremely grateful to the generosity of the sponsors which enabled them to purchase the new kit. Becca Bratley, captain of the B team said "we are extremely grateful to the sponsors for enabling us to purchase the new sweatshirts and t-shirts, particularly in the present economic climate – they have been very generous and we are truly grateful." The teams play their home fixtures on a Friday evening at Swinton Sports Hall, and anyone interested in spectating the matches or any potential new players are welcome. They would particularly be interested to hear from anyone who has umpiring qualifications who would be interested in officiating some of the matches.
