Sheet Metal Folding

Sheet metal folding is a method of pressing and shaping sheet metal on a ‘press brake’ (also known as a ‘bend press’), in order to make containers, enclosures, cases, brackets and sections.

We operate three Amada light press brakes, capable of exerting a bending force of up to 130 tons and bending parts up to four metres in length.

We also have a comprehensive range of tooling available, including radii, safety edge hemming, joggles, and dies ranging from 6mm to 80mm. Special tooling is purchased when needed.
