Tube and Box Cutting

Laser cutting of tube and box sections eliminates the need for a series of separate steps, such as sawing, drilling and punching. Instead fabrication is undertaken in a single operation, saving both time and money.
 
Laser cutting is also significantly more flexible than traditional methods of tube construction, allowing a wide variety of different designs to be incorporated.
 
We operate an Adige LT712 laser for tube and box-cutting, processing stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel. The system offers Outside Diameter (OD) of 152.4 and can produce tubes or box sections at 8500mm long input, 4000mm output.
