Tube and Box Cutting

Laser cutting tube and box sections eliminates the need for a series of separate steps, such as sawing, drilling and punching. Instead fabrication is undertaken in a single operation, saving both time and money.

Tube laser cutting is also significantly more flexible than traditional methods of tube farication, allowing a wide variety of different designs to be incorporated.

We operate an Adige LT712 laser for tube machining, processing stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel. The system offers Outside Diameter (OD) of 152.4 and can produce tubes or box sections at 8500mm long input, 4000mm output.
