Full-service sheet metalwork manufacturer, Malton Laser, has announced ambitious growth plans for the year ahead after experiencing a rapid increase in growth over the last 12 months.
The company, based in Malton, North Yorkshire, reported growth of 26% in 2015-16 when compared to the previous year, with plans to increase turnover by a further 25% in the upcoming 12 months. This growth is partly down to the company’s investment in a new, revolutionary laser cutting machine, which has amplified production three-fold.
Malton Laser’s rapid growth has also led to the company undergoing a complete rebrand, in order to effectively reflect the company’s position as the go-to choice for clients looking for sheet metalwork services.
The rebrand has been rolled out across the entire business and includes new branding, photography, website and signage at Malton Laser’s manufacturing facility, as well as branded livery on its delivery vehicles.
Malton Laser was established in 2000 by engineering expert, Charles Corner. The company offers a complete sheet metalwork service, including laser cutting, metal pressing, fabrication and powder coating, and has become renowned for its unrivalled levels of quality, precision and service.
Speaking about the business’ success and rebrand, Charles Corner, managing director of Malton Laser, said: “To have grown by more than a quarter in the last 12 months is a really great achievement for the company, and is partly thanks to the investment in innovative laser cutting technology, which has increased production by up to 100% when compared to a CO2 laser.
“The majority of our customers come to us via word-of-mouth or our website. We decided to undertake a complete rebrand to ensure our brand is consistent across all our platforms and reflects the level of professionalism and quality we guarantee across the business. The next 12 months are set to be very exciting at Malton Laser – we already have a number of high-profile projects in the pipeline – and I look forward to driving the business onward with the team to improve upon what has been a brilliant year.”
